SING A LITTLE LOUDER

WORSHIP THROUGH THE PAIN

This playlist has helped me through some dark times.

The last thing you feel like doing in a storm – is sing.

But from experience, when you press in, even if you don't feel it, light shines in the darkness.

FAITH AND OCD

It's so good to hear first-hand from Pastors with OCD.
They totally get it – you are not alone!

This two resources changed my life!

Navigating OCD in the religious and spiritual context can often be difficult and overwhelming. However, faith, spirituality, and religious traditions matter – and they don’t have to be checked at the door in order to get effective treatment.

This resource center provides information and materials for navigating this unique landscape and offers tools for faith/spiritual leaders and mental health professionals to best support those impacted by OCD.
